As well as changing my blog schedule, I have been changing my life.
The first thing is that I have started exercising, something I promised to do at the beginning of the year but never got around to implementing.
My goal for exercising is not to lose weight, I am exercising to increase my stamina and firm my body, with the end goal of feeling comfortable in my body.
At the moment I am going for walks/jogs with my dogs everyday, and doing Yoga and a twenty – minute all body workout three times a week.
I am only doing yoga and the workout three times a week, so that when my body gets used to the extra exercise I can up my days and add extra exercise quite easily to my routine so my body keeps on benefiting from it.
The second thing is that I have arranged an interview/talk with the tutors who teach the Masters Degree in Creative Writing in a university I am interested in attending after I finish my current MA degree.
While you are reading this I will be most likely at this interview/talk and having a tour of the grounds.
